3. Features:Corrugated pipe production line adopts inner positive, outer negative moulding principle. The core components are one set of SJ-300 Siemens PLC, expanding mould block and OP270 computer screen. The two extruders can control the speed and using PLC to control the temperature of gear-box, rotation speed of main machine, pressure and temperature of melting material, each temperature of barrel zones, temperature of mould and forming speed and so on. Also can setting, storage, modify, alarm and other functions.
